1. Planning

 

We will discuss your video requirements with you before shooting commences and outline the look for your tour. A quote will be forwarded for your approval and a deposit is then payable to secure a filming date.

2. Filming

 

Upon arrival on the day of filming, we will have a preliminary meeting and run over the finer details of the shoot. Rooms and scenes to be filmed should be prepared in advance of our visit. Each tour is shot in broadcast-quality DV video with the use of a professional tripod - no shaky footage.

3. Editing

 

Once all the footage has been captured, it will then be edited in our offices with professional software and blended with background music, your logos and any chosen extras will be added.

4. Addition to your website

 

Once the tour is complete (usually 4-5 days), you will be able to log into the client page on our website to view it. After the tour has been proofed and signed off, the balance of the fee is payable upon which the tour files will be sent to your webmaster for addition to your website.
